Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated times are shown during checkout or confirmed with you before the order is accepted. Larger mobility products may require a specialist delivery service.
Please tell us before delivery about restricted access, stairs, narrow doorways or any other circumstances that could prevent safe delivery. You should also check that the product dimensions are suitable for the intended location.
If delivery is delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce the delay.
Your 14-day cancellation right
For most products purchased online or by telephone, you may cancel your order within 14 days after the day the goods are delivered. You must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel within that period.
The statutory cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and other legal exceptions may apply.
Returning unwanted goods
After cancelling, goods should be returned without undue delay and normally within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel. Unless the goods are faulty or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods.
Please contact Medihab before returning a large product. We may be able to arrange collection; where the return is simply a change of mind, a reasonable collection charge may apply and will be confirmed before collection is booked.
You may inspect goods as you would reasonably be able to in a shop. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds for cancelled orders
Where you have a legal right to cancel, we will make the refund using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where the law permits us to do so.
Refunds will be made within the time required by applicable consumer law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If goods arrive damaged, are not what you ordered, or you believe they are faulty, please contact Medihab as soon as reasonably possible. Do not arrange an unauthorised repair, as we need an opportunity to assess the product and provide the appropriate remedy.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires goods to be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. For qualifying faults, consumers can have a short-term right to reject goods within 30 days and, depending on the circumstances and timing, rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected by our warranty.
How to contact us about a return
Contact Medihab using the contact details on our website or your order confirmation. Please provide your order number, product details and the reason for the return. For a suspected fault, photographs or other information may help us arrange the correct support.
