VAT Relief for Eligible Customers

Value Added Tax (VAT) is a government tax applied to most goods and services sold in the UK. The standard rate is currently 20%, and it’s included in the price of most items.

However, if you are disabled or have a long-term health condition, you may be eligible for VAT relief. This means you can purchase certain products without paying VAT—a 0% rate will apply instead.

To qualify, the item must be for personal or domestic use, and you must meet the HMRC criteria for VAT exemption. If eligible, you’ll simply need to complete a short declaration during the checkout process.

If you have any questions about VAT relief or need help with your eligibility, please contact us or call us on 0330 5201057.
