About these terms
These terms apply when you purchase goods from Medihab through our website or directly from us. Please read them before placing an order. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
Your order
Please check the product, model, size, colour, options, delivery address and other order details carefully before confirming your purchase. A contract is formed when we accept your order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website and will indicate whether VAT is included or whether a product may qualify for VAT relief. Payment methods offered at checkout are subject to the relevant payment provider terms.
VAT relief
Some mobility products may qualify for zero-rating where the legal conditions for VAT relief for disabled people are met. Where VAT relief is offered, you must complete the required eligibility declaration accurately.
Product information
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours, finishes, packaging and minor specifications may vary.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date. If an event outside our reasonable control delays supply, we will contact you.
Changing your mind
