Welcome to The Medihab website. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.medihab.co.uk.
By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Using this website indicates that you accept these terms & conditions regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms & conditions, do not use this website.
If you wish to cancel your order.
You can notify us by email to info@medihab.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
- You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, the customer.
- Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
- The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: – in the event that the product has been used, or has been damaged, this does not affect your statutory rights.
- All refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
Access
Before ordering a product please ensure that the product will fit into the room and that there is enough height and width through doorways, hallways and stairways leading to that room.
Delivery Restrictions
We deliver Monday – Friday throughout mainland UK. We can also deliver to the Isle of Wight but not Northern Ireland, please contact us with your post code for an accurate price.
If you need your order shipping abroad, we can arrange for your new furniture to be delivered to a carrier of your arrangement.
Delivery Lead Times
All of our chairs beds and settees are made to order and delivery lead times may vary considerably between products. An estimated delivery time is shown against each product. Whilst we do our best to ensure that these lead times are as accurate as possible, occasionally delays can happen which are out of our control.
Please allow an extra two weeks for delivery to non-UK mainland addresses.
All orders of chairs, beds and settees qualify for free doorstep delivery to any UK mainland. Orders for accessories such as: cushions and arm caps, delivery will be charged at £14.95. If you order multiple accessories, you will only pay one delivery charge of £14.95.
For all non-mainland UK Orders only one delivery charge will apply.

Returns
All delivered goods require inspection. Couriers are obliged to wait while you inspect your purchase. If they will not wait, please accept and sign as ‘Damaged’.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods, please read the following guidelines to ensure everything runs smoothly as possible.
Notify us by post or email within 72 Hours from the day of delivery that you wish to return the goods
The product is in a resalable condition, this means that the product is not damaged
The product has not been used in any way and that the product is complete with the original pristine condition packing.
Keep all original packaging and boxes the item was delivered in, as the goods will require repacking for the return journey.
Please ensure the items are safely and securely wrapped.
As we offer totally Free UK Mainland Delivery, it is the customers responsibility to cover the carriage back to us.
We do not charge a re-stocking fee
All refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: WE RECOMMEND YOU RETAIN THE ORIGINAL PACKING/BOXES THAT YOUR CHAIR ARRIVED IN FOR AT LEAST THE SPECIFIED 7 DAY RETURNS PERIOD. WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN, WHATEVER THE REASON, IF THE CHAIR IS NOT SAFELY AND SECURELY PACKAGED
